Euromillions winner of 190 million has only bad luck after jackpot win

The 13-year-old son of British EuroMillions winner Adrian Bayford was seriously injured in a tragic accident last week. The boy was riding a quad bike in the large garden of his father’s villa when he was hit by his 15-year-old sister in a car. Both vehicles were apparently a gift from their father after his big lottery hood prize, local media reported. The accident fits into a string of sad events since Adrian and his – then – wife Gillian won millions in August 2012. They have since divorced.

Friends of former postman Adrian (49) tell British media that he is deeply to blame for the tragic incident. He would have given the quad and car to his children. He let his son and daughter drive around the house in those vehicles. While his daughter is too young to drive a car on public roads. Adrian and his ex Gillian are said to have not left their son’s hospital bed since the accident. The boy reportedly fell off his quad and through a fence. The 15-year-old girl then raised the alarm.
